- Account data: Email address, name, and password hash — collected when you register via Clerk.
- Payment data: Billing information is handled by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers.
- Usage data: Calculator inputs, platform selections, and feature usage (anonymized where possible).
- Analytics: Session data, page views, and events via PostHog (analytics cookies) — only with your consent.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type for security and performance purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the calculator service
- To manage your account and subscription
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password reset)
- To analyze how the service is used and fix bugs
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Essential: Required for login sessions and security (always active).
- Analytics: PostHog collects anonymized usage data to help us improve features. Only set with your consent.

- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Stripe — payment processing

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Calculation data (if saved via Pro) is retained until you delete it or close your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is tokenized by Stripe.
